Good location that is well maintained by the staff. Any concerns are looked after right away. The snow clearing in the winter was quick and thorough and the price is fair for a 10x20 unit
Decent units, indoor is kept very clean. Problem is that I had various electronics stolen from my indoor unit. The lease states that I can use my own lock but indoor units do not have this option so I had no way to secure my property beyond the provided doorknob lock. I was the only one to handle the items and the only one with access to my key. Arrow Mountain Storage refuses to do anything about the theft so I am out almost $1000 worth of items that I cannot replace. I will never use this business again nor will I recommend them.
