Update: Traven did call me after posting the review. I appreciate the response.Original review:Called for an estimate for a heat pump and was told someone would come out the next day. It didn't happen. Called back two days later to confirm a new appointment and was told the person doing estimates was out of the office for a few days. So we set up a new appointment. A week later, still nobody has shown up. No phone calls to reschedule or to let me know they can't make it. Very poor customer service. So I went with someone else, who actually showed up when they said they would. I would think that's the minimum level of service anyone can expect.
My senior parents received excellent service and value from Tratech. Very pleased with the quality and response from their Company from the installation to the follow up service.
I hired Tratech Mechanical to install a heat pump, pressure tank and connect water lines to our new home in July 2018. The office staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me choose the best heat pump for my house and was available to answer any questions I had. The crew that came to install and hookup were prompt, professional and left the site extremely tidy. Our project came in on budget and I was very happy with the reasonable rates that were offered. I would highly recommend Tratech Mechanical to anyone and will be having them back for any future services needed.
