I've been coming here for over 10 years. Convenient access to the town -only 2 km from an excellent grocery store and on the highways. Quiet, shaded, clean. Very pleasant staff. Neat, tidy, well maintained. Excellent washrooms. Good for big rigs as well as tenters.
Great little RV park in Creston quite pretty in among the trees. Had full hook-ups and zero issues. All the grounds are very clean and tidy. Bathrooms and laundry and kept very clean and sanitized. Owner was fantastic and friendly. Only giving it 4 stars due to the cost of an extra person/child exceeding 4 people, we're a family of five, was a bit too much per day. Otherwise we had a great stay!
Spent a night recently, after being turned around at Golden due to a road closure on the number 1. Chris (the proprietor) was very welcoming and helpful. The bathroom/shower facilities were probably the cleanest we came across on our travels across Alberta and BC. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a spot in the area.
This is one of the nicest campgrounds we have stayed at. The facilities are a little older, but man are they clean! Easy walking distance to town but still a very quiet country setting. We will be back.
The tent sites have water and 15 amp plugins. Nicely treed and clean washrooms with free showers!!! I love not having to scrounge for loonies and loose change.
