The staff are friendly and try to be helpful, but ICBC is mired in government bureaucracy to a fault. Vehicle transfers require filing out archaic paperwork by hand. Furthermore this paperwork doesn't take I to account the inevitability that eventually vehicle transfers from deceased persons to their estate or beneficiaries will occur. This results in unacceptable delays.
The absolute worst Insurance company anywhere.
The people are great and they have good customer service but you wait for a long time.
